direct service programming
Designed For:
For individuals moving with grief and loss.
Our Programs include:
Movement Community Model: Movement Communities are 8-to-10-week, peer-led, movement-based grief groups for individuals experiencing life-disrupting loss. Each group includes a trained E-Motion Facilitator and 8-20 grievers. To learn more and hear about the Movement Community's power from members themselves, click here.
“Rx to Feel” Audio Series: “Rx to Feel” is a self-guided audio series for grievers, by grievers. It is intentionally designed to be listened to while in motion, and serves as a companion for moving with, rather than away from, the hardest things. Learn more and listen to the full series here.
Virtual Sacred Circles: Sacred Circles provide grievers with a space to come together, honor, and reflect on a life-disrupting loss. Held monthly via Zoom, these intentionally brief (15-minute) gatherings are free and open to anyone seeking a meaningful and powerful moment to connect with their grief. Sign up and learn more here.

Testimonials:
“It was an experience so deeply personal and so overwhelmingly collective at the same time. Myra and E-Motion taught us all to move with our grief and to let it fuel us. I will never stop moving forward and I will continue to bring Katie (Meyer, Girma’s best friend who died by suicide) along for the ride with me.” Naomi Girma, US Women’s National Soccer Team
“This is one of the most impactful things I’ve done in my professional career. Thank you is not enough and I’m so incredibly grateful for you and your team!” Training Participant
“I have already started applying things I’ve learned in my professional and personal life. I’m especially grateful for learning tools to cope with grief within myself and others.” Training Participant
