Moving With Hard Things for Mental Health Awareness Month

Throughout the month of May, E-Motion shared weekly intentions and self-guided activities in honor of Mental Health Awareness month. Centered around E-Motion’s grief principles and pillars, the five-part series provides brief, accessible activities to support individuals to identify and cope with grief and loss in the broadest sense. Each Wednesday, Founder Myra Sack shared the intention and activity by video at 9:04am in honor of her daughter Havi Lev Goldstein, who passed away at 9:04am on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
